"It's a tradition over 60 years old, the Joliet 4th of July Fireworks at Joliet Memorial Stadium.

Bring a chair, a blanket or grab a seat in the grandstand to enjoy the biggest and best fireworks display in Chicagoland.

The Joliet Police Dept. Bagpipers will perform and WJOL's Scott Slocum will be the master of ceremonies.

Gates open at 6pm with the pre-fireworks ceremonies beginning at 8pm.

The music will be synchronized with a musical soundtrack here on Star 96.7, so bring your radio!

Joliet Memorial Stadium is at 3000 W. Jefferson St. in Joliet.
